It's SUMMER!
Finally!
YAY!
Everything is just different, in summertime, isn't it?
While we still find ourselves on the go go go, I also find that our eating habits are changing.
We aren't doing so much heavy stuff (pizza) but instead...
lighter, yummier things...
I found a gorgeous PIN on this recipe,
one that will have you salivating and excited to try this out at home!

This recipe is recommended for 4 servings- 1 (3-ounce) package ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)

- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Bangkok Peanut Sauce
- 8 leaves bibb lettuce
- Chopped peanuts

Directions
- Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions; drain. Rinse under cold running water; drain again.

It's so nice to be able to prepare and eat a healthy, satisfying lunch or dinner ~
