That's right folks - we are on the downslide to the end of October - next month brings Thanksgiving, & a few days later - it's time to mail out the Holiday Cards!
Yes, yes I do try and get my cards out as quickly after Thankgiving as possible. We all want people to have our awesome Holiday Cards up as long as possible right?
I love love love seeing which person's Christmas card lands in our mailbox first...We hang our cards up as soon as we get them - and leave them up into the end of January. I love seeing the different designs that people have picked to send out. Picture cards are my favorite ~ it is soo fun to see how families have grown over the year...
Even in this day of social media running rampant- or should I say especially in this day of social media running rampant, I just love getting snail mail cards!
My go to place to design cards is Shutterfly -
From Photo Gifts to Christmas Cards ~ they really do have something for everyone!
I love love love the black & whites...
And I love the simple designs...
And I love the bright colors.
I'll be honest, every year, I usually make a couple of different designs ~ Yes, I have that much trouble deciding on one design - and no...I won't tell you which ones I'm choosing for 2011!
There are literally hundreds of different designs you can use!
And isn't it interesting that every year we get in the ballpark of 150 cards - and no two are EVER alike? Maybe once or twice we've gotten the same design, but not more than that!
Amazing!
And FUN!

i had never heard of Guest Gab. but i have liked it and i'm reading some posts. looks very cool..
I love sending holiday cards. I have gotten into the habit of sending photo cards as opposed to traditional cards now that I live about 1000 miles away from my family. Just makes my parents and other relatives feel a little closer during the holidays. Some years I send as few as 10 cards other years I have sent upwards of 50.

I send out about 75 cards a year, but I'll probably up it since my rule up till now has been that I only send them to people far away. Time for that to change - my girls are too cute to not send them to everyone!
I've been a fb fan...
And off I go to tweet :)
I send nearly 100 cards (I don't think that's crazy. :))
Follow on fb too. :)
I send holiday cards every year and usually include pictures of where we've been on vacation that year, and my dog making cute faces. =)
I tweeted! @alexaTC

i usually send out anywhere from 30-50...
yep, im a fan of the awesome, Gust Gab on FB =)
Gah! I lost my first comment. Trying again.
Last year was our first doing photo cards. I sent so many I had to order more! Over 100, easy. For this year I'm thinking of using an existing photo instead of doing a holiday photo shoot. I'll have to see what designs Shutterfly has to help me make the decision!
I'm a fan on FB
And I tweeted! @mmj512

We send out about 100 every year. I love getting them, too!

Thanks!
I LOVE to send holiday cards. I usually send out 75 and really enjoy each one I receive.
Not sure if I'm too late butjust in case. Here I am! I like to send out holiday cards after I order them two weeks too late.
And I'm a fb fan too!
Huge Christmas card fan here and I organize a big exchange on a message board. We send about 100 cards every year and receive about 200 (we're not being rude by not reciprocating - people send us a card to thank us for setting up the exchange)
