Fun at the Local Swimming Hole ~

The kiddos and I had a rare weekday off with nothing planned and decided to hit the neighborhood watering hole...


The weather couldn't have been more perfect...
A nice, sunny, hot day...

Our beach provides nice shady spots to play before the afternoon sun rises and moves to the west!
Does it get any better than this?

The kiddos kept themselves occupied by being creative in the sand...

Ah yes, a girl (and her kids) could get used to having some weekdays off!
