First living in California and then heading out of the country to Ecuador to teach...
And while her twin sister is thrilled to have her home...
(yes, they really are twins!)
This time, she brought someone *home* with her - but not just any old someone...
Her HUSBAND!
Our dear sweet Kit got married this past winter (on D's birthday!) in Ecuador, and while we couldn't be there then, we can help her celebrate now! Welcome home you guys!
This little man is excited to have his Auntie & Uncle home...
and next month will find them making their home in the southern part of the US - so we can VISIT! YAY!
(damn passport expenses made it harder for me to do in the past)
And while H has been waiting since LAST summer to see Kitty again -
D quickly made a new friend. I'm still not sure if we should be apologizing to David or if he should be apologizing to us...D was glued to him for a good part of the night -
and they both seemed to be having fun...
He certainly didn't need any sugar, but we let him have some anyway...
As usual, I let H be the photographer for awhile and here are a couple of her handy work - I'm sure Kit will appreciate a half a dozen shots of MY hot husband on her disc of pics!
Kit & the kids sharing Cadbury Creme Eggs - It had been a long long time since Kit has had one - (obviously, look at that skinny little thing!) so I made sure she would get not just one, or two...but 24.
Yep...we picked up 2 dozen of these bad boys at Easter time and hung on to them for her return home. I thought about mailing them but...
From what I hear, it's hot down there in Ecuador!
Welcome home Mr. & Mrs. Loor - We are THRILLED to have you back closer to home...
CONGRATULATIONS!
And how I didn't get any shots of the two of you both looking at me in the same frame, is beyond me...I'm gonna need a do over...
