Sometimes - life throws storms at you.
Sometimes they are rough and ugly & you need to duck & take cover...
but sometimes...you have no other choice but to step out and deal with
And that is what we are choosing to do...because really, we have no other choice...
And while the 2.5 inches of water that fell & accumulated in our yard could have easily been from the tears streaming down my face, they were in fact not, but from the heavens opening up and helping me to drown my sorrows...
Taking cues from my favorite people in the whole wide world...(and my hubs & friend/neighbor Uncle Denny!)
I'm realizing that sometimes you just step out and face what's been thrown in your face...
And you put one foot in front of the other...and you breathe...and you just roll with it...Even if that means you're gonna get wet...
