Kids...Kids just barely old enough to drive.

It seems so senseless, traffic deaths from things like not wearing a seatbelt and/or texting & driving. Bad weather in Minnesota? Yeah, it happens...but inattentive driving?
Not wearing seatbelts? Well, that goes under the category of senseless in my book.
