The kids once again had a chance to visit with Jolly Old Saint Nick at the annual Daycare Christmas Party ~ It sure is nicer than standing in line at the shopping mall for hours on end just to get a couple of quick seconds on the old man's lap - I wasn't sure how it was going to go when D just stood in front of Santa staring at him upon his arrival...if you remember last year he liked him far afar but didn't really care to visit up close ~ but...
- the kids LOVED him and were VERY excited to tell him what they'd like for Christmas...

After all of the kids had a chance to visit with Santa one on one and open their gifts they sang a few Christmas carols together while shaking jingle bells!!
And then took a group photo - sans a couple of the little girls who could have cared less about his being there!! Hurray for Christmas and Hurray for Santa!
