We took a jaunt about 20 minutes to the south of us this weekend for a trip to
Emma Krumbee's Apple Orchard and Pumpkin Patch...What a fantastic find this place was!
The apples were plentiful and has me thinking about what the tree in our yard could and probably should look like!
Our dog would have been in HEAVEN seeing the smorgasboard on the ground...
D enjoyed some fresh fruit -
I looked down to see the little Miss had been gobbling at her fresh apple pick! I love that there is a bite out of every side!
We even brought home a special treat for the
ungrateful firstborn child of ours - he was thankful - but notice the hair on his spine standing on end?? He wasn't sharing...with anyone! (And doesn't it sort of look like we just need a spit to have a dog roast with that giant apple already placed in his mouth? KIDDING!!)
