The 185,000 people that DID go to the State Fair all parked around Como anyway - making it near impossible to get within 10 miles of OUR destination...
After an hour of just driving around Como we finally ran smack dab into a sweet sweet parking spot...just in time for the kids to be ready to nap...we went to Como anyway - took in a few rides and pretended we were actually at the fair...
Nex year I'll be smarter...and we will be at the real fair...and on the bus...with better timing with our nap schedule (or lack of nap schedule!!!)
We were able to go into the Butterfly Exhibit at the park which was pretty cool...a big old screened in garden/greenhouse filled with a huge variety of butterflies...
